			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Me too. I would do what boardron suggested. I do it all the time. Make a set, take a step back, then add some detail. I enjoy making classic looking LEGO sets but sometimes I need to up my game.]]></content>

There are bricks with lines on them that give a nice weathered look when a few are put in a wall like you said.

What set does my animation require?
A street.
Okay, so how many buildings should I put on the street?
Let's say two.
What colors should they be?
One white and the other light grey.
Builds.
I got windows, doors. Something's missing...
Details!
Raise the white building up a bit, add some stairs and windows to that.
Windowsills, outdoor lights, canopy over the door, ect.
Benches, streetlights, fire hydrant, on the sidewalk.

The trick with details is:
1: Experiment with different pieces to make something
2: Just enough details to look pleasing, yet not distract from the charaters.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Architecture isn't easy, because a lot of variables come into play. Do you want it to look modern day? Or are you looking for a more peticular building style, such as Art Deco, my personal favorite. Pick a style and research it for characteristics in the buildings such as window style, That is how you get down and detailed.]]></content>
