			<content type="html"><![CDATA[It looks like some reflection of daylight are showing up in the Jump part of that clip.  I bet that's what's causing so much light flicker during that part.

I'd also recommend much more arm movement during the jump: more pullback before the jump, raise the arms higher as they are helping propel the figure forward, at landing have them swing down past neutral and then have them swing back to neutral.  This extra movement will help the arms appear to have real weight and inertia.
