5.) When you work on a new project always use Save As first then you can use the regular Save button.

NO! The PDF shows you how to make a shortcut to the program. As for the virsion of Win7, IT'S THE SAME AS ANY OTHER! I just put a classic theme on it(built in), impacts on speed.]]></content>

1 Makes it about 10+ seconds faster.

Well you should try my tut, You know how photo shop loads? I made elements load the same way. :)
