Yes .AVI is the format recomeded for Premiere Elements.  Also who's this B[b]l[/b]inding Bricks you speak of?[/quote]

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[You haven't got a really well thought out question here.  In Premiere Elements you can easily change settings and when exporting save settings HD.  Also if you have a Windows machine don't export to Quicktime because premiere elements screws it up.]]></content>
