I'd recommend just staying at 15.
I think it would be better to just stay there and nicely polish off your animation to a life-like shiny best. For example, Mindgame. He uses only 15 FPS, but he makes it look amazing. 24 IS really amazing, but it will take more time, patience, and sanity. Also, your films will take a while to come out.
So, unless you really think you can, I say perfect 15.]]></content>
