			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I find that using a backdrop with just a street baseplate is the best,
and maybe add some scale by using tiny turbo sets, or sometihing like that.
add microfigs getting hit for emphisis on speed, it also might make some viewers laugh.]]></content>

Hey. It's a pretty inspiring car chase scene. I've been thinking of doing one my self for a while because of that car chase.]]></content>

I also use a method similar, yet simpler. If your car chase is happening in the countryside, you can just have a backdrop, and have trees moving past. The Car is still, but different coloured lights could go past, aswell as trees. 

Pans and tracking shots also work. You could contruct a cradle for your Quickcam that is attached to the car, meaning it moves with you. If you watch in movies, car chases have very quick cuts.
