Not bad!  the animation is good, though it could use a bit of tightening, and I really like Phil's voice.  One thing I would recommend is using some sticky-tack or suchlike to stick the CD case to the ground, as it had some pretty noticeable set bumps.  It also might have been nice to see some more action, such as maybe having one of the characters poke or prod the case instead of just standing around it talking, though that's more of a suggestion.
