Well, I saw this the other day, so if I mis-remember something, sorry.
It's an interesting concept, and the scientist posing as the man's brain was a neat idea that sadly didn't really come into play later on. The two week time jump and the policemen's refusing to use their guns were a touch annoying, but enough on that. It sadly wasn't clear what it was contrasting, perhaps good/evil, but even that wasn't a huge part of it.
So, on to the positives.
The animation was good, and the masking was great. The lighting in the chamber was spot-on, and the production aspects were well polished. The ending was different, (Baddie winning hands-down) but felt just a touch cut-off.
Mind-control is a well-used weapon, but the execution made it feel less cliche and more original.
It's a good entry, and has a nice chance of winning, good luck.
